Point of Sale Design: Skin Watchmen

 

Second promotional cross category concept involving point of sale design. The objective for this action for the summer months of 2014 revolved around the cross sale of sun products and body care products, although it included also all the product categories with the different references, including launches and early stage products.

 

The campaign consisted in creating the decor for a cardboard piece of furniture with codes easily recognisable as Nivea by the end customer but including a summer gesture in order to stand out from the competition with a distinctive and appealing movable at the point of sale. This piece demanded also an organised multi-category product charge and a gift dispenser. Thanks to this seasonal initiative, which included a price promotion, there was an increase in sales of the different Nivea products and the skin category.

 

Over 2,200 points of sale nationwide were satisfactorily managed. The campaign included proposals of specific PoS materials for each channel (supermarkets, large retail stores and perfumeries), its design and production, along with the deployment and logistics, which involves delivery and removing all material at the end of the promotion, along with the coordination of the promotion with the end customer. This promotion consisted in a free Nivea beach ball, the legendary Nivea ball, for every purchase.

This promotion involved the design of other PoS pieces to complement the action according to the needs of Nivea´s different clients,

such as hall fronts for large retail stores, different size posters, stoppers, leaflets, etc.

Another example of a turnkey project successfully managed for a Nivea promotion at point of sale

in which we produced the creativity, production and complete coordination.
